All models have a retuned suspension and power steering system for improved handling. The X-MODE® all-wheel drive system is included as well, providing drive modes for snow, dirt, and mud.

Driving Range and Charging Time

Another area in which the 2026 Subaru Solterra has seen an enhancement is with driving range, and it now has an EPA estimate of 285 miles.* Plus, thanks to the peak DC charging rate of 150 kW – compared to 100 kW of previous models – you’ll be able to get the battery charged faster. In addition, the North American Charging Standard (NACS) port replaces the CCS port, which allows this SUV to use Tesla Supercharger™ stations.

Technology Features

The infotainment system in the 2026 Subaru Solterra is now easier to use and more responsive, and it is operated with a 14-inch touchscreen, which takes the place of the eight-inch display found in older models. It also comes with wireless smartphone chargers for the driver and front passenger.
